A Brief Recap 0f Miller's Behavior

Although Miller's first run-in with the law took place in 2011 over a minor marijuana charge, the actor's behavior seemed to take a turn for the worse beginning in 2020. A female fan accused them of physical assault outside a bar in Iceland and the altercation was caught on tape. March of 2022 saw Miller charged with disorderly conduct and harassment, and a couple was granted a restraining order against them in the same month. Career Repercussions

As Miller's career hit the rocks, questions swirled about the 2023 release of the Flash movie. In August, the media reported that Warner Brother execs were considering two paths. The first was to push Miller to seek mental health treatment and go ahead with the summer 2023 release. The other option was to limit Miller's publicity junket and keep them away from the press as much as possible. It would seem that the first option was taken, and some media outlets later reported that Miller apologized to Warner Brother executives during an in-person meeting on the studio lot.
