Fans of Euphoria will be pleased to know that Hunter Schafer, known for playing Jules Vaughn, will be hitting the big screen in 2023. But before Schafer was a beloved actress, she was a rising activist and a well-established model. In 2017, as she was finishing her last year of high school, Teen Vogue selected her for their "21 Under 21" list because of her LGBTQ+ activist in North Carolina, where she protested the Public Facilities Privacy & Security Act.

Her modeling career saw her pose for the likes of Prada, Tommy Hilfiger, Gucci, Dior, Coach, Marc Jacobs, and Versus Versace - just to name a few.

Whether you listen to the fans or the detractors, one thing is certain: Euphoria has been one of the most successful shows of the 21st-century. The show was generally well received from the time it debuted in 2019, but ratings took off during the second season. HBO executives reported that it is their second most-watched show, right behind Game of Thrones. As reported by The Guardian, Twitter also claimed that there were 34 million tweets about Euphoria in the last two years.

Zendaya quickly became a household name for her role as Rue, and Schafer's star rose quickly as well. Her acting talent was on full display as Jules, and now she has turned her attention to movie roles.

Cuckoo was filmed on 35mm and recently wrapped production in Germany. While producers have been tight-lipped about plot details, we do know that Jessica Henwick and Dan Stevens are costarring. There's no release date yet but expect this movie to hit theaters by mid-2023.
